After a free discovery call (where we talk about your current goals), we propose the best way to strengthen your digital marketing. This could be a range of services, but nothing more than what’s needed.

The first step is contact. Once we have talked a little about what the copy is for, we’ll send over a brief for you to fill in (if you haven’t got something similar already).

The brief will ask for certain information that will help us write the perfect copy for your business. It will ask about your branding, your customers, your business goals and more. 

We’ll get straight to work and create exactly what you’re after. We stay in touch with you throughout the whole process, and send you everything once it’s finished.

If things aren’t exactly as you like them, no problem. We offer two amendment sessions with every piece of copy requested.

Once you’re totally happy, all you need to do is confirm a ‘sign off’ email.

The price for every service will have to be confirmed properly before we can get to work. An email is usually fine.

We will send you an invoice after the work is completed. This should be paid within 14 days by bank transfer, or by PayPal. 

All projects require half the service fee upfront before work can begin.
